    • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Gift cards or promotional items.
    • Any product returned outside the eligibility period or without proof of purchase.

    • For other returns, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
